Pulso Salud, an organization specialized in occupational medicine for high-demand sectors such as mining, industry, and energy, needed a platform capable of supporting high volumes of diagnostic studies, integrating with its internal systems, and leveraging new technologies to optimize its processes. The implementation of Eden Diagnostic OS made it possible to build an integrated digital operation in which medical images, clinical systems, and artificial intelligence tools work in a coordinated way. Today, Pulso Salud operates 19 branches and processes between 16,000 and 17,000 studies per month on the platform.

- Sustained volume with fast turnaround: the operation required handling high volumes of studies consistently, maintaining fast response times and avoiding friction between the various systems involved in the workflow.
- High concentration of chest studies: a significant portion of the operation is concentrated in chest studies, a fundamental modality for occupational surveillance programs and follow-up of workers exposed to various risk factors. The challenge was to maintain productivity and diagnostic quality without increasing the operational burden on medical teams.
