Ensure Diagnostic Quality in Your Institution with Double Signature
Your patients deserve diagnoses of the highest standard. That is why the double signature feature is now active in Eden PACS.
This new functionality allows you to assign an additional review to a study so that another physician can corroborate the findings. This makes it possible to ensure the diagnostic quality level of the report, complement studies with specialist opinions, and even properly supervise resident physicians in training. All with a single click.
You can request the activation of double signature according to your department's needs, choosing from the following options:
- Assign review to individual studies in the report signing panel *
- Automatically require double signature for all studies of one or more modalities selected
- Automatically require double signature for all studies generated by your institution
*Only available for users of type "Administrator" or "Administrator Radiologist"
To determine which users can perform double signature, go to your Administration Panel, select the Administrator or Administrator Radiologist user profile, and check the "Allow study review".
